Common gutter repairs we handle
- Leaking seams and corners. Clean out the old sealant, reseal and rivet.
- Sagging runs. Re-hang on new hidden hangers and restore proper pitch.
- Gutters pulling off the house. Replace rotted fascia and re-fasten.
- Loose or disconnected downspouts. Re-secure, replace elbows, add straps.
- Clogged downspouts. Clear the blockage, then talk about how to keep it from coming back.
- Overflowing inside corners. Add a downspout, upsize the section, or add a valley splash guard.
- Storm or ice damage. Replace damaged sections and hangers.
Repair or replace? An honest answer
We would rather fix a $200 problem than sell a $4,000 system you don’t need. During your free estimate we look at the whole system and tell you plainly:
- Repair if the problem is isolated, the gutters are seamless or in good shape, and the fascia is solid.
- Replace if multiple seams leak, the gutters are undersized for your roof, there is widespread rot, or you are repairing the same gutters year after year.
If replacement makes sense, see gutter replacement.
