15–25 Year Warranties
We stand behind every gutter, guard and siding job we install. Coverage runs 15 to 25 years, depending on the product, and your written quote spells out exactly what applies.
What's covered
Every TopFlow installation comes with warranty coverage of 15 to 25 years, depending on the gutters, guards or siding you choose. The exact terms for your system are listed on your written quote before any work starts, so there's no guessing later.
Why it holds up
- Seamless gutters formed on site, so there are no mid-run seams to fail
- Hidden hangers fastened into solid wood (rotted fascia is replaced first)
- Correct pitch to every downspout
- Guards fastened to the gutter, not under your shingles
- Siding installed over a weather barrier with flashing at openings and roof lines
